Position Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to strengthen our current team and help to close vacancies in Poland.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in closing of difficult vacancies from 1 year
• English and Polish languages - B1 or above
• Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work in a team, multitasking, proactivity and generation of ideas for improving internal processes
• Understanding of the nuances of searching for specialists in Poland
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, focus on delivering business results

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of search and selection of candidates, first of all, in the Polish market for our new office, as well as in the future in the Belarusian market
• Conduct structured and unbiased interviews delivering outstanding hiring experience to candidates
• Full support of candidates throughout the selection process and keeping in touch with potential candidates
• Maintaining a database of candidates
• Recruitment reporting
