Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing EdTech company operating primarily in the US market. Your primary role will be to design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

  • English proficiency level (written and spoken) – Advanced Professional
  • High cultural awareness and understanding of US business communications culture
  • Experience in marketing products in the US market
  • Able to work during some of the business hours in the US time zones to meet with the team, partners, customers, hold demos, etc.)
  • Able to design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness
  • Able to evolve and improve our messaging
  • Be a self-starter and solution-oriented, able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, as well as copy and content creation
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track campaign success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness

  • Identifying and executing strategies to reach a wider audience through various distribution channels
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging and effective digital content to drive traffic and increasing conversions, including emails, social marketing and ads, blog articles and case studies, digital brochures, webinars, videos, etc.
  • Managing a small team and contractors, monitoring and reporting on team goals
  • Analyzing market data and marketing efforts results to refine your marketing strategy
  • Evolving and improving our messaging, acting as a storyteller, translating complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language and concising value propositions
  • Collaborate with our partners' marketing teams to promote our product
  • Demonstrate the ability to construct compelling arguments and creating effective, persuasive marketing pieces
